In the wake of fire, as he patrolled a ghost town, Matt experienced a type of phantom vision. “When I'm working now, I'll instinctively look over at what used to be the less-than-reputable places where there used to be stolen cars and stuff. Of course everything is gone but it's almost like I still see it."
