Over the past few months I have been recording a solo piano album in my house in Denver. I made the mistake of listening to this song while making it. It would kind of be like trying to cook something while having chef Gordon Ramsay in your kitchen. The way the song moves and changes and evolves is just stunning and I guess that comes as no surprise as it’s the Japanese legend himself Mr. Sakamoto. This song is beautiful and just hits me in a profound way that inspires me to be a better pianist and better musician overall. - @jeremiahfraites
