~WOMEN IN ATHLETICS~ Hi everyone! I know in my original post about my series I mentioned doing them as Instagram lives. With much consideration, I have decided to move them to Zoom interviews and then posting the clips. Today I had the most amazing talk with my former, and the US Figure Skating’s head nutritionist @aprikca. Topics range from eating disorders, her experience with helping skaters, and how to get through troubling times. I truly believe EVERY athlete would benefit from listening to this chat!!
