🍕1-large eggplant /unpeeled /sliced in rounds 1/4-inch thick⁠
🍕6-zucchini / unpeeled /sliced in rounds 1/4-inch thick.(yellow and green)⁠
🍕1 - yellow onion / fine chopped⁠
🍕2 - portobello mushrooms / fine chop⁠
🍕1 cup - spinach⁠
🍕1 cup - mozzarella cheese / shredded⁠
🍕2/3-cup - olive oil⁠
🍕2-5 tbsp- #Flavorgod Pizza Seasoning⁠
🍕1 tbsp - Flavorgod Himalayan pink salt.⁠
🍕2 - 7 tablespoon - minced garlic (6 cloves)⁠
🍕8 - (no boil) lasagna sheets⁠
🍕4-6 cups - marinara sauce⁠

Directions:⁠
🌞Preheat the oven to 400°F.⁠
🌞sauté separately: zucchini and eggplant, making sure to add in tbsp of minced garlic along with dash of Flavorgod pink salt at the end.⁠
🌞saute chopped portobello mushrooms and chopped onions⁠
🌞Spread 1/2 cup of the marinara in a 8x8 baking dish. Drizzle over marinara , cheese, than Arrange vegetables on top, then a layer of the noodles and last #flavorgod Pizza seasoning. Repeat, starting with the marinara. Spread the last 1 1/2 cups of marinara on top and sprinkle with more Flavorgod Pink Salt & Pepper.⁠
🌞cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes⁠
🌞remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!⁠
