Pulled out my fancy dress for this final episode 💃 Today we’re trying out a vegetarian dish, Shakshuka! This was my first time making it and it instantly became a breakfast favourite between my husband and I. You can put whatever you want in it really, or change up the spices (I’ve seen so many different versions of it from different countries and regions). Serve with a warm pita or your fav bread toasted ❤️🍞🍳 you don’t have to use an oven, just add a lid on top of your skillet/pot to allow the eggs to cook instead. 😊 I’ll put the full ingredient list/method in the comments.
