I’m really proud of myself this week..

- 2 @rwl workouts (postnatal)
- first dinner out with Roman
- date night with Ryan
- hosted a family bbq
- worked 3 days (while roman napped or Ryan entertained him)
- prepped some healthy meals

I know these may not seem like big achievements but for me they really are!
