Sketchy beginnings.

Here’s a sneak peek into my drawing process. I begin by lightly sketching in the framework. Once I feel as though the proportions are okay, I’ll build up the weight of the lines. I always start with the eyes. Lord knows, it’s a fine line (literally!) between capturing that perfect “look” or making them cross eyed 😵 🤪 If I screw up the eyes, I may as well screw up the page and start again.
