(Quick note: we are all guilty of it but some people don’t want to change even if they know it hurts others). Let me remind you (and me) of something: No one is perfect and we all have flaws but for crying out loud, stop taking shots at people when they’re already down. It’s very easy to care about other people unless you just have no emotional intelligence whatsoever and in that case I invite you to seek therapy! It helps. It helped me accept who I am because prior to that, I spent a lot of time trying to find what was wrong with other people because I was hiding from my truth. Try to compliment more and judge less.
