(Sauteed Kajiki Fish with Russian Sauce)
From the end of July till the middle of August, I cannot help thinking of my late husband as his memorial day is on July 29 and his birthday is on August 16. His favorite dish was not always fish but this is a very few fish meal he really loved. The sauce can be made in microwave so it is super easy to make pretty much in half an hour! Please try with local Kajiki fish!
