I shared on stories, but we took her in for a routine visit due to her allergies last week - and since we couldn’t go in with her we waited in the car. Unfortunately she was left alone for a while in a cage without her e-collar on, and chewed her tail worse than I’ve ever seen. They had to shave her tail, give her some serious pain meds, and she’s been just beside herself for days, unable to get comfortable while it heals. It’s a small step, but this morning, while looking up at Eric, she wagged her little tail for the first time in so long. I didn’t realize how much I missed seeing that, and I’m hoping she’s back to her usual self soon. In the meantime thank you so so much to everyone who has messaged or texted or asked after her.
