What an honor it was to dance with the insanely talented @nyledimarco . This was our quickstep and I have to say I felt so much adrenaline in this dance, from the speed, to the music, to the characters. We worked on the beginning stair section for hours so Nyle could get acquainted with the speed with which he had to jump down each step, to be on time with the music. I was unable to help him with this and it was a risky move on our part but he nailed it.
You won’t see it but I was scratching his back to go faster as we galloped around the floor in ballroom hold. I was then squeezing his hand to slow it back down lol! There was one section where we were a tad out of sync but I sped my steps up to meet with his! This was such a special partnership and one that I learnt so much fun. These are incredible memories, I love you Nyle 💚💚💚 Also fun fact: I had just found out I was pregnant and I was petrified that my belly was starting to show lol (obvi it wasn’t yet) 🤣 Then when he dropped me on the floor (as he was supposed to) at the end of the dance I got calls from so many family members to say how stupid I was 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 Anyway, Poosh is all good and I loved our ending haha!
