Not all bunker shots are the same!

+ Judge the lip of the bunker. This shots doesn't work all the time
+ Hit it in the center or low point (base) of the ball to create topspin.
+ If you top it (hit it on the top of the ball with the base or edge of your putter face) you will create too much spin
+ Don't be afraid to take your putter back! Amateurs seem to hate having a long backswing with their putter. They often have the same short swing length and accelerate at impact 🙅‍♀️
