I’ve had a niggling foot issue for 3 years (!) and finally got an answer and treatment in the last few weeks. Thankfully nothing too serious. With very few races on the horizon and the pain getting worse over lockdown...with limited physio...it made sense not to take a risk, to use this time to let my foot recover fully and start Olympic year prep (again) with zero pain.
