What a moment... to be able to address the nation and to facilitate night 2 of the @demconvention was an honor. I stood there last night as a voting American, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a friend and a liberated Black woman wanting to be of service to the greater good for all. I stood there, with my arms linked with so many, knowing that my power, my joy, my truth and my love is ours. There is so much at stake and I am grateful for the opportunity to facilitate a conversation of engagement, inclusion and participation. And it was a particularly special honor to uplift the names of some of the Black women who broke ground and made history in American politics so that we could make more history today.
