Jenn Imさんのインスタグラム動画 - (Jenn ImInstagram)「⁣Wrapping up this month with an episode of In the Kitchen with Jenn & Ben ~ 🌯 We whip up 3 quick meals using my favorite wrap from @olemex_labanderita! ⠀ ⠀ 〰️ 𝗢𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗪𝗿𝗮𝗽 〰️ ⠀ Ingredients⠀ Carrot ⠀ Onion⠀ Eggs ⠀ Salt & Pepper⠀ Ketchup ⠀ Olive Oil ⠀ Lettuce ⠀ XTreme Wellness Wrap⠀ ⠀ ① Prep your veggies by roughly chopping into chunky pieces and place into a food processor to be minced⠀ ② In your vegetable mixture, add your eggs and salt and pepper and mix until incorporated⠀ ③ In a medium-heated pan, grease your pan with olive oil & pour your egg mixture thinly on the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side⠀ ④ Remove the omelette from the heat and chop into strips⠀ ⑤ In a pan, heat up your wrap to your liking⠀ ⑥ Assemble your wrap by placing ketchup, lettuce and your omelette into the wrap ⠀ ⠀ 〰️ 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗿𝗮𝗽 〰️ ⠀ Ingredients⠀ Cucumber ⠀ Tomato ⠀ Red Onion⠀ Dill ⠀ Cream Cheese⠀ Lettuce ⠀ Feta Cheese⠀ Salt & Pepper⠀ XTreme Wellness Wrap⠀ ⠀ ① Prep your vegetables by slicing your vegetables and dill⠀ ② On your wrap, generously spread your cream cheese, then start filling up your wrap⠀ ③ Finish off the wrap with feta cheese, salt & pepper.
