My next installment of #mondaymotivation, tracking my #D3N9 journey in real estate investment + development.

This marked a major milestone for me here, @David.a.gross and I standing in front of our first (of 3) ground up development, mid-construction. Each of the 3 luxury estates we would build would have its own aesthetic and feel. The vision for this property was to construct a 6BR, 6.5BA Modern Farmhouse sitting on 3.14 acres. We worked with dope architects that successfully combined a traditional farmhouse style exterior with a really modern interior, with 5 fireplaces, heated pool, and space for a tennis court. As a real estate investor and developer, this felt like the moment where I was finally getting an opportunity to play on an a pro level. #D3N9 #mondaymotivation
