It’s been already some months that When Alexandra starts to cry, she is able to identify the emotion she feels, if it is rage, anger .. Just as she knows how to tell me if she is already calm, happy or if you need to be alone or talk to me. A whole process that began with the tantrums of the 2 years, and that are now bearing fruit. Not that he doesn't have tantrums, but if he learns how to cope and identify them. Emotional Intelligence is something basic that we should all instill in both ourselves and our children❤️ What do you think about it?

Hay Algo de lo que me siento muy orgullosa como madre: Desde hace ya un tiempo Cuando Alexandra se pone a llorar es capaz de identificar la emoción que siente, si es rabia, enfado.. Al igual que sabe decirme si está ya calmada, contenta o si necesita estar a solas o hablar conmigo. Todo un proceso que empezó con las rabietas de los 2 años, y que ahora van dando su fruto. No a que no tenga rabietas, pero si a que vaya aprendiendo a cómo sobrellevarlas e identificarlas. La Inteligencia emocional es algo básico que todos deberíamos inculcar tanto en nosotros como en nuestros niños❤️ Que opinais al respecto??
