As I get older, I've become quieter in order to observe others. It's always amazing how much one can learn about other people just from watching them. I've had to learn structure to keep things from touching me, and only allowing them to affect me when I can safely show emotion. I think too much. My thoughts don't verbally exist until I've had a conversation. I live in the future, fight with my past and forget about the present. But, do I mean what I'm saying or am I saying what they want to hear? I struggle, very much internally, but in that I find my strength. It's tough, but so am I. "There are no beautiful surfaces without a terrible depth."
