Pasta rut, no more. @miglorious' #GeniusRecipe this week (from @heidijswanson!) is a nutty, bright, and creamy pasta sauce—minus the cream. To make it, simply crush a heap of toasted walnuts with some garlic, then swirl in grated Parmesan along with some of your starchy pasta water.
