大将は会席料理出身ということもあってとにかくつまみがクリエイティブ
しょっぱなのカラスミ素麺がうんまいんだな

鮨屋のつまみの域を出ないようにこれでもだいぶ抑えてるみたいだけど時にはやりすぎる時もあるそう笑

握りも綺麗で安定感抜群
日々色々と研究されてるみたいで今後もさらに楽しみなお店

Newly opened "Sushi Minohara" in Akasaka

The chef is from a kaiseki cuisine background, so his dishes are creative!
It' s got to be the first kalasumi-soumen ever.

He's trying to keep it to a minimum so that it's not in the realm of sushi restaurant dishes, but sometimes he can overdo it.

The nigiri is beautiful and very stable.
It seems that they are researching more and more every day, so I'm looking forward to seeing more of them in the future.
