Editorial makeup artist #KanakoTakase (in @トッズ and @トムフォード) and hairstylist #ShingoShibata (in @マルニ) met at beauty school in Tokyo. “I liked reading magazines as a teenager, and one day I just thought, Maybe I could do this!” Takase explains of beginning her career in the fashion industry. For Shibata, the universality of fashion attracted him: “Language doesn’t matter; where you come from doesn’t matter.”
