🎶🎹 The latest winner of The Queen’s Medal for Music has been announced as the internationally renowned pianist, Imogen Cooper CBE.
The Medal was established in 2005, and is awarded every year to an outstanding individual or group of musicians.
In June, Imogen Cooper played to the empty auditorium of Wigmore Hall in London, and her performance was broadcast live on BBC Radio 3.
Imogen has spoken about the challenges that musicians are facing, and shared clips of her concert at Wigmore Hall.
