Learning from home is hard, yet for millions of children without access to the internet, television or radio, it’s even harder.

At least a third of the world’s schoolchildren – 463 million children globally – were unable to access remote learning when COVID-19 shut their schools.

UNICEF is calling for urgent investment to bridge the digital divide, reach every child with quality education and, most critically, prioritize the reopening of schools.
