Cut the credit cards👑 2- respect your body: every week, as much as it’s sucked I’ve done at home workouts & recently been able to werk my ass at @pilatesplatinum - force yourself to move. 3- girl crushes: everyday I’ve made a point to support other women in small business & be their cheerleader. Girls. Support other girls 👯‍♀️Period. start now. 4- learn more: I’ve been reading the work of Buddhist monks: thich nhat hanh + studying mom’s Buddhist principles - there’s so much bullshit out there. Sticking to essentials matters. 5- be brave: after a decade: I left my agency for a new group of incredibly inspiring + enthusiastic agents - one relayed to me, the announcement at the agency had so much love + positive responses it was overwhelming; I broke into tears... self realization: let go of things that don’t serve you. 6- values: stick to them - don’t waiver. have integrity. no fake followers here, ever.
