【材料Ingredience】
💜 Spinach ほうれん草 2 cups
💜 Soft cheese クリームチーズ 1/2 cup
💜 Mozzarella モッツレラチーズ 1/2 cup
💜 Cheddar チェダーチーズ 1/2 cup
※好きなチーズを混ぜて🆗🧀
Any of your favourite cheeses will be fine!
💜 Chopped Garlic みじん切りニンニク A bit 少し

Preheat oven to 170°C.
You can fry the spinach or soak it in hot water to make it softer.
Mix all of the cheese in a bowl.
Add the chopped garlic! (The added kick from the garlic makes this dish more amazing! Especially if you are a garlic lover like me. 🙈🙈)
Add a bit of salt and pepper.
Bake it for 7-10 mins. (Depends on how you prefer it. If you like very melted cheese you can bake it for more than 10 mins.)
Serve with tortilla chips!
