If you weren’t able to get a ticket, don’t worry - this year, all NINE of our pies are also up at DominiqueAnselNY.com for preorder to pick-up Wednesdays-Saturdays from September 16th-October 3rd so you can enjoy them at home. This pie is one of my favorites: Chocolate Hazelnut Caramel Silk Pie, with light-as-air chocolate mousse, soft gooey caramel, crispy hazelnut feuilletine, and silky whipped cream, topped with Gianduja (hazelnut milk chocolate) shavings, all framed in a chocolate sablé crust. 🥧
