Suicide prevention awareness should be EVERY DAY. Hotlines are good. Hashtags are good. But often, this doesn’t even scratch the surface of someone’s deep pain.

The onus is on ALL OF US to check in with each other. Reach out. Ask the difficult questions. Trust your gut. If someone you love doesn’t seem okay, keep asking the difficult questions. Listen. Meet them where they’re at, and love them without judgement.

YOUR TIME is the most valuable thing you can offer to someone who is suffering. ❤️🌎
