On our way to make the Outdoors more inclusive, the Mammut North America team has formed a partnership with @theladyalliance to create a safe space, platforms, conversations, and education on social issues covering diversity, equality, and inclusivity in the outdoors.

After they teamed up to hold a virtual adventure safety event for participants around the globe, they are now seeking to amplify BIPOC and LGTBQIA voices through their “Share the Mic" initiative.

The first person to share their story was Amil Reddy (they/them), a @theladyalliance ambassador and diversity consultant, trans person of color and child of immigrants who loves hiking, skiing, and camping with their kiddos.
