And we honor those fallen. They — who ran headfirst into burning buildings. Structures in motion, collapsing into rubble. Still, they ran forward, sacrificing their own lives in order to save lives. Strangers lives. . The remembrance today feels more distilled somehow ... tragedy equals pain. But also empathy. And Love.
