Wassup kiddos? I recently went to do a quick workout with @stand.out.training which is run by my good friend/family member @dandarbyshire ✨🥳 I wanted to give you guys an idea of the at home workouts that are possible with a small set of weights, and how I've been supplementing my climbing with extra strength training. Tryin to get Michelle Obama arms 💪🏼😤✨

Warm up / Activation:

Glute band activation - 2 sets of 30 seconds
Glute bridge with dumbbell - 2 sets of 12 reps

Workout:
3 sets of 12 reps

Squat to Press
Lunge to Single Arm Press
Row to Tricep Kickback
Sumo Squat to Upright Row
Bench split squat

Core:

Ab Wheel Rollouts - 2 sets of 12 reps
Plank to Pike Toe Touch - 2 sets of 30 seconds
Elbow to Hands Plank - 2 sets of 45-60 seconds
