On September 2nd we introduced the new S-Class! Each of its predecessors marked the very forefront of modern technology. In 1965, the W 108 and W 109 model series of sedans replaced the “finnie” six-cylinder models. A special highlight was the 300 SEL 6.3, which was presented in 1968. With its powerful V8 engine, this top model of the series offered not only the highest level of comfort and luxurious equipment, but also performance at the level of a sports car.
