I’m going to keep pounding the “eat grass-fed” meat drum because it matters so much.
 
To your health, to animals, and to the planet.
 
I’ve also said industrial meat is bad for you for a very long time. But what if you had to choose between industrial meat and an Impossible Burger?
 
For me, I’d choose to fast because neither of those choices is meat.
 
If it was a long-term famine situation, I’d be forced to choose industrial meat. That’s just a lose-lose-lose.
 
It’s not real food and it comes at too high of a cost.
 
Are you choosing grass-fed? Demanding meat from local farmers at your grocery? Or making an “Impossible” choice?
