UPLINK film distributionさんのインスタグラム写真 - (UPLINK film distributionInstagram)「#Repost @agnesb_galerie_boutique ・・・ [Tokyo] agnès b. supports #KYOTOGRAPHIE 2020, one of the few international photography festivals in Japan to be held in Kyoto from Sep 19, as well as the exhibition "Diaspora" by Senegalese artist @omar_viktor. agnès b. and Diop have had a long history of exchange, Diop walked the runway of agnès b. for the Autumn/Winter 2015 Paris Collection. In 2016, Diop participated in an exhibition at @galeriedujouragnesb in Paris with Mali-based artist #malicksidibe. Self-portrait series “Diaspora" which will be shown for the first time in Japan for KYOTOGRAPHIE 2020, depicts historical figures from Africa who have been active in Europe and the United States, African football players playing in the European league, and his own activities in Europe at the time. Diop also spent about a month in Kyoto in the fall of 2019, capturing portraits of shopkeepers working in the #demachimasugatashoppingstreet. These portraits will be displayed in the arcade of the shopping street as a giant printed collage combining with the products they sell. アニエスベーは、9月19日より京都で開催される日本で数少ない国際的な写真祭、KYOTOGRAPHIE 2020をサポートしています。アニエスベーでは、本祭で展開するセネガル出身のアーティストOmar Victor Diop(オマー・ヴィクター・ディオプ)の“Diaspora”展に協賛します。アニエスベーとディオプはかねてより交流があり、2015年秋冬のパリコレクションでは、ディオプもモデルとしてアニエスベーのランウェイを歩きました。また、2016年にはアニエスベーのパリのギャラリー“ギャラリーデュジュール”にて、マリ出身のアーティスト #マリックシディベとの展示に参加した経緯もあります。 KYOTOGRAPHIE 2020で日本初公開の“Diaspora”シリーズは、欧米で活躍したアフリカ出身の歴史上の偉人と、欧州リーグでプレーするアフリカ出身のサッカー選手、そして当時欧州で活動していた自らを重ねたセルフポートレートです。また、ディオプは2019年の秋に1ヶ月弱京都に滞在し、#出町桝形商店街で働く店主たちをポートレートに収めました。そのポートレートを、彼らが売る商品などと組み合わせたコラージュ作品として巨大プリントし、出町桝形商店街のアーケードに吊るして展示をします。 #agnesb #agnesbgalerieboutique #gallery #kyoto #art #photography #omarviktordiop #exhibition #京都国際写真祭 #アート #写真展 #アニエスベー @agnesb_officiel @kyotographie」9月17日 12時17分
