Collage is a technique that I use in a lot of my fine art, with patterns, text, and layers of ripped materials and stencils. I like to approximate the organic accumulation and decay of poster walls on the street in my studio work. Here’s a look at a piece in progress at the collage step, before additional painting and media is layered on top of it.⁠
