Even if I win there isn’t enough time thank all the people who deserve it. I want to first thank Wally Lamb for his beautiful blue collar story, with the heart and compassion he wrote it with. It is full of love, grit, and all the difficulties of being in a family and the love and compassion that goes with it. Especially when one of the family members is dealing with mental illness as our “Thomas” in this story. Derek, thank you brother, collaborator, friend. You gave me these performances and all the wonderful performances in the show. Every single one of the performers gave career best performances and if I win it will because of you and them. I adore you, man. You are my family now. Kathryn Hahn, @Rosie, @ArchiePanjabi, John Procaccino, @impoots, @robhuebel, @juliettelewis my old friend Brian G, Phil Ettinger...it is my belief that great acting is what happens between actors, and I would not be nominated without you. We did this together and I know we all poured our hearts and souls into this show. I know most of us are no strangers to mental illness or loved ones struggling with one thing or another. You all showed up in big ways and took it as far as we could. It was the honor of a lifetime to work with each an every one of you. I want to thank our crew, who were also the best of the best. It was not joke, it was no walk in the park, we worked long hours under difficult circumstances and you guys carried the whole this production on your shoulders with grit, care, and determination.
