Imagine the quest for Freedom that it unleashed on me. I said last week that I would post every Monday one of the books that I’ve Loved the most. Today is Tuesday, and you’ll understand why the delay. I didn’t plan it, but after you read the Story that I have to tell you, you’ll understand why it arrived a day later. First, I want to tell you that this is the very first book that I read and enjoyed. Contrary to most stupid books assigned at school, this one changed my life. I was 13 when I read it. Fast Forward tons of years and I was in #India living at the Osho Meditation Resort (The best place on Planet Earth). Everything is beautiful there, including the Osho Bookstore, which obviously only sells books by the Master. But you know Papa Bear; I walked there every single day asking Kushi, the attendant, if Jonathan Livingston Seagull had arrived. Every single day I would stop by to ask if Jonathan Livingston Seagull had arrived, she always laughed and pretended to check and said no. It became a “Thing” in the resort. This crazy guy asking for a book not written by Osho. 4 or 5 months went by, and a new book by Osho came out: “Books I have Loved”. Osho read more than 150,000 books throughout his life. Yes, 150,000 of the very best books that Humanity has written. Guess which book was in Osho’s fourth place out of 150,000? Jonathan Livingston Seagull. My favorite Bird, after 4 or 5 months, finally arrived. Nobody could believe it, but that’s why I was there, to help them transform the impossible into the possible. After that, since Osho was not in his body anymore, Kushi paid attention to PB and went and asked Master #Dolano to teach her. Dolano accepted her and Kushi, just like Jonathan Livingston Seagull, learned that Freedom should be our only goal. This is the book that I recommend you to read this week. Now you know why it arrived one day later. There’s a method to my madness.
