Starting to feel strong! Great morning of PT on my shoulder and straight into a solid mt bike ride. Got 95% of my range back in my shoulder and no pain moving it. Doing lots of core and lower body training while doing PT. Thanks @thephysiofit for pushing me!!! Coming back stronger than before 👊🏻.
