I was in my head most of the time, wondering if people were having a good time, if I was being good enough, if they would come back etc etc. Little by little I’ve learnt to let go, just be in the moment and do what I love most: share what I have to share..and hallelujah, what a difference it makes 🙌🏼 It’s been so rewarding to see that the more fun I’m having and the less I worry, the more my students enjoy it and benefit from it as well.
