They contain Brain Octane, which will keep low levels of ketones present, designed to keep you feeling full. They taste like real waffles. Keto waffles are sadly universally inflammatory - overheated, advanced glycation end products, burned proteins are not good for you even if they are carb free!  Recipe: 2 cups of sweet white rice flour 4 tsp baking powder (aluminum-free) 2 tsp of xylitol (or honey or maple syrup or even sugar if you’re into that, or you can use monk fruit) 1-2 cups of water, start with just 1 and thin as needed 4 scoops Bulletproof Collagen 2 Tbsp Brain Octane 2 tsp vanilla extract  5 Tbsp melted butter  Mix all the wet stuff in one container, and mix all the dry stuff in another.
