Sunday for recovery - I do this almost every day in warm up but spend extra time on this on Sundays.
My recovery session was 4x12min easy pace bike (Hr zone 2) and between each set I did 5min mobility
Sometimes this gets boring but I do this listening to audiobook or even in front of the TV 😝
Feels AMAZING afterwards
