In 2013, organisers of @love_british_food launched a campaign to make the Harvest Festival a recurring celebration in the national calendar. With the support of The Duchess, #BritishFoodFortnight’s annual National Harvest Service was established. The annual service provides an opportunity to not only bring communities together but to appreciate Britain’s harvest and to thank all who work to produce our food.
