Our 17th DISSENTER is the brave, indefatigable, and funny, Carole Cadwalladr. Carole is a world renowned investigative journalist who rose to international prominence in 2018 when she exposed the Facebook–Cambridge Analytica data scandal. She was a finalist for the 2019 Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting and is a features writer for The Observer.

Mandana and I could not BELIEVE we successfully convinced this MARVEL of a disruptor to speak with us. We held each other, clawing into each others arms waiting for her to appear on our computer screen, and then—- THERE SHE WAS! And we had NO chill.

Our conversation was so much more than we had hoped. The idea that just one Google entry “Jews are...” could open a whole Pandora’s box of Darkness, and lead to the most explosive, consequential story of the year. And we still don’t know the whole story. And we won’t, if Mark Zuckerberg has anything to say about it.
