Health and Fitness is a huge passion of mine 💪❤️. I often post my workouts on my insta story and talk a lot about mental health, but I haven’t really shared much about my diet and nutrition. I suffer from many food allergies, including: dairy🥛, soy , and red meat🥩. And last year, I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic.

I am currently taking an online course from Harvard Medical School; about healthy eating and the effects different foods have on our bodies. I LOVE cooking and am always trying to find new recipes that fit my nutrition restrictions.

My #FeelGoodFuel posts for the past couple of months have been mostly about learning and experiencing new things, and this week’s post isn’t really different.
