The New Yorker Cartoonist Liz Montague (@lizatlarge) says she gives herself time limits to draw cartoons. "I try to cap it at 30 minutes because I will just pick, and pick, and pick," she says. In a new video, Montague offers some insight into the cartoon-creation process and breaks down her character design.
