The Maasai people are known to be some of the most fearsome spear hunters and warriors. They are also super tall and can easily jump a 41 inch vertical with no shoes on and no warm ups.
We got to spend 2 days at their village, where we learned about their culture, learned how to throw a spear, sat around the fire and sang songs and danced. We played soccer with the kids and gave them little presents. Truly a special once in a lifetime experience.
