Fanning out over spinach pie creation. Breezey moments in the kitchen and out riding waves @almondbreezeaus 🤙

Recipe:
-Wilt about 260g english spinach slightly, set aside and squeeze excess water and chop into small pieces when cooled.
- Mix 900g of cheese (what ever variety floats your boat, I used ricotta and goat cheese this time) with 2 whisked whole eggs and 2 egg whites, a pinch of nutmeg, S&P and a splash of @almondbreezeaus unsweetened, until semi smooth.
- Combine wet ingredients in with your spinach and a small bunch of chopped parsley.
- Grease your pie dish and Filo pastry sheets ( can sub pastry in for what your fav is, cook time will vary then) lay base down with over hang and spoon in your yummy filling. Fold over edges to tuck it all in and grease top with Olive oil or butter and decorate with sesame seeds.
- Go for a quick shred 🏄‍♀️ out front for 40mins until you hear the oven ding and you have yourself pie timeeee 🙌
