I come from a long line of working women, who didn’t always have time to show me the ropes when it came to cooking. Instead, I picked up my culinary skills from close friends, like @lenawaldjewelry, an amazing cook who I love to help in the kitchen. She’s taught me so much, and passed on many tips and recipes. I particularly love Lena’s guacamole, and when I made some for another dear friend, Richard Christiansen, he couldn’t get enough of it either. Richard’s @flamingo_estate grows an abundance of produce, so we decided to film a step-by-step guide to Lena’s guac recipe in his kitchen, using items picked straight from the Estate’s garden. The guac tastes even better with such fresh ingredients, and Richard’s kitchen is the perfect place for cooking with friends.
