Newton spent two years of apprenticeship there. The most sought-after fashion photographer of the Weimar Republic, young Helmut Newton adored her as a star. Many years later, he would refer to the experience in her studio as “The best time of my life”.
For the October issue of Vogue Italia, @Mark_Peckmezian photographed a portfolio of women styled by @Tom_Guinness at various locations in Berlin associated with Newton’s life.
