It’s lunchtime and Christine is chairing a Girls Education Club meeting. The girls come together to debate, grow crops and make their own reusable sanitary pads. Christine is one of only 60 girls in a school of 350 students. Globally, girls miss up to 20% of school because of their period but Christine wants to change that. Lack of facilities and items like sanitary pads make it hard for girls to stay in school. #DayoftheGirl #GenerationEquality
