For me I gained 5 pounds, but I’m not beating myself over it. I know it’s a easy fix! Now gym is open and I can focus and I’m feeling more happy. I know we all felt depressed for a while and no that is not very motivating lol 😆 so I’m cleaning up diet to organic clean keto vegan again! Yup you heard it haha it’s possible.
